En liten burk k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s fanns kvar, r\u00f6kt skinka och en lufttorkad skinka fr\u00e5n Alperna &#8211; Walliser Rohschinken, ost, en halv tomat, ett p\u00e4ron\u2026.. hmm. Kanske lite salt och peppar. Toppa med skivor av en god ost i rikliga m\u00e4ngder. Dekorera med \u00f6rtkrydda eller paprikapulver.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r p\u00e4ron- och ostvarianten l\u00e4gger du f\u00f6rst p\u00e5 den finstrimlade schalottenl\u00f6ken, d\u00e4refter p\u00e4ronskivorna och sedan parmesan &nbsp;eller n\u00e5gon annan smakrik ost, d\u00e4refter lite salt och peppar&nbsp;innan du toppar med den vanliga goda osten. G\u00e4rna n\u00e5gon \u00f6rtkrydda ovanp\u00e5. Jag serverade den med sallad och extra lufttorkad skinka.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda i ca 175-200 grader i ugnen.
