Degen ska vara ganska l\u00f6s och beh\u00f6ver inte h\u00e5lla p\u00e5 och kn\u00e5das och fixas med efter j\u00e4sning. Sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 lite av det ljumma vattnet och r\u00f6r tills j\u00e4sten l\u00f6st sig. Sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 resten av degv\u00e4tskan. Tills\u00e4tt olivolja och salt. Ta inte f\u00f6r mycket direkt. Det \u00e4r viktigt att degen inte blir f\u00f6r stabbig. Den blir dessutom lite h\u00e5rdare efter j\u00e4sning, och ska vara ganska l\u00f6s vid utbakning.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll lite mj\u00f6l \u00f6ver degen och l\u00e4gg en k\u00f6kshandduk \u00f6ver bunken. St\u00e4ll att j\u00e4sa p\u00e5 dragfri plats i k\u00f6ket i 30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll mj\u00f6l p\u00e5 bakbordet, stj\u00e4lp upp degen utan att r\u00f6ra den f\u00f6r mycket. Det \u00e4r bra om den beh\u00e5ller en del av sin luft.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll \u00f6rtkryddor (hackade om du anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rska) och flingsalt i en avl\u00e5ng h\u00f6g att rulla de sm\u00e5 baguetterna i.<\/p>\n<p>Ta mj\u00f6l p\u00e5 fingrarna, sk\u00e4r med en kniv eller <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/IMG_0202.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-16486\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/IMG_0202-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0202\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/IMG_0202-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/IMG_0202-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/03\/IMG_0202.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>stekspade av en bit deg som du lyfter \u00f6ver och rullar i \u00f6rtsaltet. L\u00e4gg den smala baguetten p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten som du antingen smort eller lagt bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll baguetterna att j\u00e4sa under handduk ca 15-30 minuter s\u00e5 du ser att de j\u00e4st upp en del.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda dem i ugnen i 225 grader i ca 7 minuter. Passa s\u00e5 de inte blir br\u00e4nda!
