Sk\u00e4r i klyftor. L\u00e4gg dem i en sk\u00e5l, ringla olivolja \u00f6ver, salta och peppra och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 rosmarin eller timjan. R\u00f6r om med tv\u00e4ttade h\u00e4nder s\u00e5 att alla potatisklyftor t\u00e4cks av lite olivolja. H\u00e4ll upp p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t, res upp klyftorna s\u00e5 de st\u00e5r med skalsidan ner\u00e5t p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten.&nbsp;St\u00e4ll in potatisen i ugnen eftersom den tar l\u00e4ngst tid.<\/p>\n<p>Skala mor\u00f6tterna och palsternackorna eller persiljer\u00f6tterna. Sk\u00e4r dem i stavar. G\u00f6r likadant som med potatisen och l\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t. St\u00e4ll in \u00e4ven den i ugnen. Man kan beh\u00f6va byta plats p\u00e5 pl\u00e5tarna efter ett tag f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 j\u00e4mn gr\u00e4ddning.<\/p>\n<p>Torka kycklingfil\u00e9erna med hush\u00e5llspapper, krydda och salta dem och droppa lite olivolja \u00f6ver. Stek dem i grillpanna eller vanlig stekpanna. B\u00f6rja med lite h\u00f6gre v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 de tar f\u00e4rg, s\u00e4nk d\u00e4refter v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t de steka s\u00e5 de blir genomstekta. N\u00e4r du sticker en kniv eller sticka i k\u00f6ttet ska saften som rinner ut vara klar. \u00c4r den rosa beh\u00f6ver de stekas lite till.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r under tiden som kycklingen steks och rotfrukterna bakas i ugnen ihop s\u00e5sen. Smaka av.
