N\u00e4r vi hade \u00e4tit fisksoppa i dagarna tre ville vi g\u00e4rna \u00e4ta n\u00e5got annat. Jag mixade d\u00e4rf\u00f6r den sista resten av fisksoppan och blandade med en skv\u00e4tt vitt vin och n\u00e5gra frysta r\u00e4kor. Det hela r\u00f6rdes ner i nykokt spaghetti och serverades till allas gl\u00e4dje som en helt ny r\u00e4tt.<\/h3>\n<h3>Den som inte har rester av fisksoppa att tillg\u00e5 kan g\u00f6ra en snabb variant genom att steka lite l\u00f6k och morot, h\u00e4lla p\u00e5 fiskfond, vitt vin och \u00f6rter, mixa och r\u00f6ra ner n\u00e5gra frysta r\u00e4kor innan pastan v\u00e4nds ner. Eller helt enkelt ta en annan sopp- eller annan rest:)<\/h3>\n<h4>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4 personer:<\/h4>\n<p>ber\u00e4kna drygt 100 gram pasta per person<\/p>\n<p>resterna av s\u00e5sen<\/p>\n<p>ev. f\u00e4rska r\u00e4kor<\/p>\n<p>olivolja<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Koka pastan i saltat vatten tills den \u00e4r al denne. V\u00e4rm under tiden upp din fisksoppa. Om du vill kan du mixa den innan du blandar i den nykokta pastan. Tills\u00e4tt g\u00e4rna lite olivolja i den nykokta pastan och v\u00e4nd ihop med fiskgrytan.
