D\u00e5 drygade jag ut med extra mycket gr\u00f6nsaker, bland annat en halv zucchini jag hade kvar i kylen. Den stekte med p\u00e5 slutet av potatis och mor\u00f6tter som r\u00e5stektes &#8211; en god och uppskattad brunch.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver till 4 personer:<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/04\/IMG_0310.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-16554\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/04\/IMG_0310-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0310\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/04\/IMG_0310-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/04\/IMG_0310-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/04\/IMG_0310.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/h4>\n<p>1 paket bacon<\/p>\n<p>8 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>4 potatisar, skalade och skivade<\/p>\n<p>2-4 mor\u00f6tter, beroende p\u00e5 storlek &#8211; skalade och skivade<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k, skalad och skivad<\/p>\n<p>1-2 vitl\u00f6kar, skalade och skurna i skivor<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 zucchini, tv\u00e4ttad och skivad (jag skar den i tv\u00e5 l\u00e4ngsg\u00e5ende halvor f\u00f6rst)<\/p>\n<p>olivolja till stekning<\/p>\n<p>\u00f6rtkrydda, salt, peppar och Trocomare eller Herbamare \u00f6rtsalt<\/p>\n<p>det rivna skalet av en citron &#8211; kan uteslutas men ger fin fr\u00e4sch\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>att krydda \u00e4ggen med: paprikapulver, peppar, \u00f6rtkrydda (t.ex. Herbes de Provence) och \u00f6rtsalt<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Stek potatisen och mor\u00f6tterna i olivoljan p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. Tills\u00e4tt l\u00f6ken efter ett litet tag. N\u00e4r de b\u00f6rjar bli mjuka och gyllene l\u00e4gger du i zucchinin och vitl\u00f6ken och l\u00e5ter dem steka med ett tag s\u00e5 de mjuknar men fortfarande har en viss stuns. Krydda med citronskal, \u00f6rter, salt, peppar och \u00f6rtsalt.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 serveringsfat och st\u00e4ll det i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till ca 125-150 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Stek baconskivorna i stekpanna utan fett. Jag anv\u00e4nder gjutj\u00e4rnspanna. L\u00e4gg baconskivorna p\u00e5 en tallrik med hush\u00e5llspapper att rinna av ett kort tag innan du l\u00e4gger dem p\u00e5 gr\u00f6nsakerna p\u00e5 fatet som du st\u00e4ller tillbaka i ugnen.<\/p>\n<p>Stek \u00e4ggen i olja, krydda dem med paprikapulver, \u00f6rtkrydda, peppar och \u00f6rtsalt.<\/p>\n<p>Servera direkt, kanske med en gr\u00f6n sallad eller tomater.
