Det \u00e4r ett utm\u00e4rkt s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 till en snabblagad supergod efterr\u00e4tt \u00e4ven p\u00e5 semestern, i skidstuga, sommarstuga eller p\u00e5 b\u00e5t.<\/h3>\n<h3>H\u00e4r har jag serverat den med en underbar glass med smak av beurre sal\u00e9, en fransk smak av sm\u00f6rkola med havssalt. Vaniljglass \u00e4r annars gott till, eller en klick vaniljgr\u00e4dde eller helt enkelt vaniljyoghurt.<\/h3>\n<h4>Du beh\u00f6ver till ca 4 personer:<\/h4>\n<p>f\u00e4rska eller frysta fikon (jag hittade frysta fikon p\u00e5 Picard), skurna i kvartar<\/p>\n<p>ca 50 gram sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>ca 1 &#8211; 1 1\/2 dl socker, helst r\u00e5socker finkornigt<\/p>\n<p>ev. lite \u00e4kta vanilj eller en bit vaniljst\u00e5ng, uppskuren p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden<\/p>\n<p>glass till servering<\/p>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/h4>\n<p>Se till att den stekpanna du anv\u00e4nder \u00e4r riktigt ren, s\u00e5 tidigare matlagning med exempelvis l\u00f6k inte ger smak \u00e5t efterr\u00e4tten. Jag anv\u00e4nder helst en teflonpanna till det h\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret \u00f6ver medelv\u00e4rme i stekpannan. H\u00e4ll i fikonen, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 sockret samt vanilj om du vill ha det och r\u00f6r runt ordentligt s\u00e5 sockret sm\u00e4lter och fikonen b\u00f6rjar safta sig. Det blir som en ljuvlig kolas\u00e5s med smak av frukten du anv\u00e4nt. Den h\u00e4r desserten g\u00e5r \u00e4ven att g\u00f6ra p\u00e5 \u00e4pplen, plommon, nektariner, persikor eller p\u00e4ron. Anpassa sockerm\u00e4ngden efter hur sura respektive s\u00f6t frukten du anv\u00e4nder \u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>Servera direkt med en god glass.
