Den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen blev det en blandad gr\u00f6nsakssoppa p\u00e5 diverse gr\u00f6nsaker eller snarare rotsaker som fanns kvar i kylen &#8211; mor\u00f6tter, jord\u00e4rtskocka, rotselleri, l\u00f6k &amp; schalottenl\u00f6k och n\u00e5gra potatisar f\u00f6r att fylla ut och &#8221;reda&#8221; soppan.<\/h3>\n<h3>Sk\u00e4r man gr\u00f6nsakerna i ganska sm\u00e5 bitar kokar de fort och du har en h\u00e4rlig middag p\u00e5 bordet snabbt och enkelt. Servera g\u00e4rna n\u00e5got gott br\u00f6d till. Den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen tog vi kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d med rosmarin eftersom vi skulle \u00e4ta v\u00e5fflor efter\u00e5t:)<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00f6r den som \u00e4r sugen p\u00e5 v\u00e5fflor och vill \u00e4ta lite nyttigare kan jag tipsa om mitt recept p\u00e5 glutenfria v\u00e5fflor som du hittar h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen &#8211; s\u00f6k i s\u00f6krutan uppe till h\u00f6ger eller g\u00e5 in i kategorin v\u00e5fflor. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>2 mor\u00f6tter, skalade och skurna i bitar<\/p>\n<p>1-2 gula l\u00f6kar, skalade och skurna i bitar<\/p>\n<p>1-2 bananschalottenl\u00f6kar eller 3-4 vanliga schalottenl\u00f6kar, skalade och skurna i bitar<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 rotselleri, skalad och skuren i bitar<\/p>\n<p>3-4 jord\u00e4rtskockor, skalade och skurna i bitar<\/p>\n<p>2 stora potatisar eller 3-4 mindre, skalade och skurna i bitar<\/p>\n<p>sm\u00f6r och olivolja till stekning<\/p>\n<p>ca 2 dl vitt vin alt. pressad citron<\/p>\n<p>3 buljongt\u00e4rningar eller motsvarande m\u00e4ngd fond &#8211; jag tar gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong eller -fond<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken och schalottenl\u00f6ken i en blandning av sm\u00f6r och olja \u00f6ver medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme under omr\u00f6rning f\u00f6r fin smak. N\u00e4r l\u00f6ken mjuknat utan att ta f\u00e4rg tills\u00e4tter du de andra gr\u00f6nsakerna, r\u00f6r om helt kort och tills\u00e4tter d\u00e4refter vinet. L\u00e5t puttra ett litet tag innan du h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 buljongen eller fonden.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lock och l\u00e5t koka p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tills gr\u00f6nsakerna kokat mjuka.<\/p>\n<p>Mixa med mixerstav eller h\u00e4ll soppan i en st\u00f6rre mixer. Var f\u00f6rsiktig med locket efter som varm v\u00e4tska l\u00e4tt kan f\u00e5 locket att lyfta och skv\u00e4tta \u00f6ver hela k\u00f6ket\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Smaka av med salt och peppar.
