Och p\u00e5 radio spelade de sorglig musik och p\u00e5 TV var det program om Jesu d\u00f6d och korsf\u00e4stelse och passionspel med i och f\u00f6r sig vacker musik. L\u00e5ngfredagen blir en dag f\u00f6r vila och reflektion som uppskattas i en allt snabbare snurrande v\u00e4rld.<\/h3>\n<h3>I takt med att matlagning blivit popul\u00e4rare lagar m\u00e5nga g\u00e4rna en god middag att njuta i trevligt s\u00e4llskap. I Katinkas Kitchen blir det lamm, kryddad med citronskal, vitl\u00f6k och f\u00e4rska \u00f6rtkryddor. Till det n\u00e5gra fr\u00e4scha tillbeh\u00f6r i form av gr\u00f6nsaker i n\u00e5gon form, till exempel ugnsstekt sparris med cocktailtomater och basilika. Potatisgrat\u00e4ng eller potatis p\u00e5 n\u00e5got annat gott s\u00e4tt passar bra till och kanske ett kryddsm\u00f6r eller en r\u00f6dvinss\u00e5s.&nbsp;Tips finns i kategorierna &#8221;Tillbeh\u00f6r&#8221; respektive&nbsp;&#8221;S\u00e5ser, r\u00f6ror &amp; kryddsm\u00f6r&#8221; i kolumnen h\u00e4r till h\u00f6ger.<\/h3>\n<h3>Efterr\u00e4tterna \u00e4r viktiga i p\u00e5skatider och en st\u00e5ende favorit hos oss \u00e4r Jamie Olivers citron- och limepaj som blir alldeles ljuvligt kr\u00e4mig och lagom syrlig.
