Det passar utm\u00e4rkt som drinktilltugg i p\u00e5sktider.<\/h3>\n<h3>Man vispar gr\u00e4dde med Ejderns or\u00f6kta kaviar, smaks\u00e4tter med finhackad schalottenl\u00f6k och g\u00e4rna gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k. Lite peppar och det \u00e4r klart att serveras p\u00e5 snittar, kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d eller annat gott br\u00f6d som drinktilltugg. Kr\u00e4men kan ocks\u00e5 serveras till bakad potatis, till fisk eller klickas i en soppa.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>2 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tub Ejderns or\u00f6kta kaviar (jag tycker den \u00e4r godast)<\/p>\n<p>1-2 schalottenl\u00f6kar, skalade och finhackade<\/p>\n<p>gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k, finhackad &#8211; helst f\u00e4rsk, annars fryst eller torkad (finns i kryddburkar \u00e5tminstone i Frankrike)<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gra tag p\u00e5 pepparkvarnen<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Vispa gr\u00e4dden tillsammans med kaviaren. R\u00f6r ner schalottenl\u00f6ken (ibland tills\u00e4tter jag \u00e4ven den och pepparn innan vispning. Smaka av om du beh\u00f6ver mer av n\u00e5got.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda i gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k eller anv\u00e4nd den bara till garnering. P\u00e5 bilden har jag anv\u00e4nt torkad fr\u00e5n kryddburk eftersom gl\u00f6mde k\u00f6pa gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k:)<\/p>\n<p>Servera direkt eller l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i kylen tills g\u00e4sterna kommer. L\u00e4gg inte p\u00e5 kr\u00e4men p\u00e5 kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d eller crostini f\u00f6rr\u00e4n precis vid servering.
