Tv\u00e4tta purjol\u00f6ken noga genom att snitta den p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden och sk\u00f6lj i rinnande vatten medan du lyfter s\u00e5 vattnet kommer emellan alla lager. Purjol\u00f6k brukar samla massa sandig jord mellan sina lager. Strimla d\u00e4refter purjol\u00f6ken.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s den hackade schalottenl\u00f6ken i sm\u00f6ret p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 l\u00f6ken mjuknar. Tills\u00e4tt vinet. L\u00e5t puttra ihop helt snabbt innan du tills\u00e4tter s\u00f6tpotatis, purjol\u00f6k, buljong eller fond och vatten. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven lite peppar och g\u00e4rna lite f\u00e4rsk timjan.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg ett lock \u00f6ver kastrullen och l\u00e5t sjuda ca 30 minuter tills gr\u00f6nsakerna \u00e4r mjuka.<\/p>\n<p>Mixa soppan med en stavmixer eller i en stor mixer.
