Det blev en h\u00e4rlig r\u00e4tt med ljuvligt stuvad bladspenat, stekt potatis, \u00e4gg och bacon. Tills\u00e4tt spenaten, krydda med salt, peppar och g\u00e4rna muskot. N\u00e4r spenaten tinat om du anv\u00e4nder fryst spenat, alternativt vissnat ihop om du anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rsk spenat, h\u00e4ller du p\u00e5 en liten skv\u00e4tt vitt vin och d\u00e4refter gr\u00e4dde. L\u00e5t puttra ihop helt kort. L\u00e4gg upp spenaten i ugnsformen, och tryck in den lite fr\u00e5n kanterna s\u00e5 att du f\u00e5r plats att l\u00e4gga potatisen d\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r den kokta potatisen i bitar. Stek dem i olivolja eller olivolja med en klick sm\u00f6r. Krydda med peppar, salt, \u00f6rtsalt och g\u00e4rna paprikapulver, n\u00e5gon chiliblandning och \u00f6rter effter tillg\u00e5ng och smak. Efter ett tag tills\u00e4tter du den finhackade vitl\u00f6ken och l\u00e5ter potatisen fr\u00e4sa ett litet tag till. L\u00e4gg den stekta potatisen l\u00e4ngs med kanterna p\u00e5 formen.<\/p>\n<p>Forma gropar i spenaten med en sked, kn\u00e4ck ett \u00e4gg i varje grop.
