De \u00e4r dessutom l\u00e4tta att tillaga och ger snabbt en festlig pr\u00e4gel p\u00e5 en middag.<\/h3>\n<h3>H\u00e4r har jag tagit frysta pilgrimsmusslor som kryddats helt l\u00e4tt med salt, peppar och lite chilikrydda innan de halstrats helt kort. De serveras sedan med en h\u00e4rligt asiatisksmakande s\u00e5s p\u00e5 soja, limejuice, v\u00e5rl\u00f6k, koriander och lite chili.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>12 pilgrimsmusslor<\/p>\n<p>salt, peppar och g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gon chilikrydda (jag anv\u00e4nde Santa Marias chiliexplosion)<\/p>\n<p>olivolja till stekning<\/p>\n<p>sesamolja att droppa \u00f6ver precis efter stekning &#8211; f\u00f6r smakens skull<\/p>\n<p>salladsblad<\/p>\n<p>ev. n\u00e5gon god olja och vin\u00e4ger till salladen (jag anv\u00e4nde en smaksatt olivolja fr\u00e5n Oliviers &amp; Co med citronsmak tillsammans med en av deras smaksatta vita balsamvin\u00e4grar med ingef\u00e4ra och honung)<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar till salladen<\/p>\n<h4><em>Till s\u00e5sen:<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/04\/IMG_0425.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-16743\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/04\/IMG_0425-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0425\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/04\/IMG_0425-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/04\/IMG_0425-112x150.jpg 112w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/04\/IMG_0425.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/h4>\n<p>ca 1\/2 dl soja (jag anv\u00e4nder alltid den japanska Kikkoman som jag tycker har mild fin smak)<\/p>\n<p>saft fr\u00e5n 1-2 pressade limefrukter (ta i lite saft i taget och smaka av s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r fin balans)<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gra stj\u00e4lkar v\u00e5rl\u00f6k, ordentligt tv\u00e4ttade och tunt strimlade\/skivade<\/p>\n<p>en n\u00e4ve f\u00e4rsk koriander, hackad (spara g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gra hela blad till garnering)<\/p>\n<p>lite f\u00e4rsk r\u00f6d eller torkad chili<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>L\u00e4gg pilgrimsmusslorna p\u00e5 ett fat att tina f\u00f6rsiktigt. Krydda dem l\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop ingredienserna till s\u00e5sen. Smaka av s\u00e5 du har fin balans p\u00e5 smakerna och s\u00e4ltan mot syran.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg upp salladen p\u00e5 faten. H\u00e4ll g\u00e4rna god olja och vin\u00e4ger \u00f6ver, salta och peppra. Dekorera eventuellt faten med en bit lime.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r s\u00e5 det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r g\u00e4sterna att s\u00e4tta sig steker du pilgrimsmusslorna helt hastigt p\u00e5 ganska h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. De ska ta f\u00e4rg men inte bli f\u00f6r genomstekta.
