De \u00e4r som en ratatouille i fast form av byggstenar och kan serveras som tillbeh\u00f6r eller som en f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt.<\/h3>\n<h3>Skivor av aubergine, zucchini och tomat varvas och f\u00e5r lite smak av vitl\u00f6k och \u00f6rter samt olivolja. De l\u00e5ngsambakas i ugnen f\u00f6r att bli mjuka och alla h\u00e4rliga smaker ska frig\u00f6ras.<\/h3>\n<h3>Gr\u00f6nsakstornen\/-bakelserna kan serveras antingen som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt med mozzarella eller ch\u00e8vre, eller som ett h\u00e4rligt tillbeh\u00f6r till exempel till lamm, som h\u00e4r.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r fyra personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>8 skivor aubergine (ca en cm tjocka)<\/p>\n<p>8 skivorzucchini (ca en cm tjocka)<\/p>\n<p>8 skivor tomat (ca en cm tjocka) varav h\u00e4lften g\u00e4rna f\u00e5r vara den \u00f6vre kanten av tomaten f\u00f6r ett fint rundat avslut p\u00e5 de sm\u00e5 tornen\/bakelserna.<\/p>\n<p>olivolja<\/p>\n<p>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/p>\n<p>\u00f6rtkrydda, t.ex. herbes de Provence, timjan, rosmarin, basilika, k\u00f6rvel<\/p>\n<p>f\u00e4rsk basilika till servering<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Sm\u00f6rj en ugnsfast form med olivolja. Tv\u00e4tta gr\u00f6nsakerna och sk\u00e4r dem i skivor.<\/p>\n<p>Pensla aubergineskivorna ordentligt med olivolja, salta och peppra, str\u00f6 lite \u00f6rter \u00f6ver varje gr\u00f6nsaksskiva.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg ihop skivorna. Jag b\u00f6rjade med aubergine i botten, d\u00e4refter en skiva zucchini, sedan tomat. Jag gjorde tornen i tv\u00e5 delar som sedan monterades ihop precis innan servering, d.v.s. \u00e5tta torn med en gr\u00f6nsak av varje i.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll formen i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till ca 125 grader. Baka tornen\/bakelserna i ca 1 timme. P\u00e5 slutet kan du g\u00e4rna \u00f6ka v\u00e4rmen f\u00f6r att ge dem en fin yta.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg ihop tornen s\u00e5 de f\u00e5r den delen med den rundade tomatskivan \u00f6verst.
