Det \u00e4r ett superl\u00e4tt och snabbt s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 till en underbart god och lyxig efterr\u00e4tt.<\/h3>\n<h3>Nu blev det inte riktigt som jag t\u00e4nkt mig, eftersom det visade sig att de h\u00e4rliga syrliga frysta k\u00f6rsb\u00e4ren var fulla av saft s\u00e5 det blev mer som en soppa.&nbsp;Sk\u00e5lar st\u00e4lldes ovanp\u00e5 dessertfaten och det blev bra \u00e4nd\u00e5 d\u00e5 g\u00e4sterna st\u00f6nade n\u00f6jt \u00f6ver hur gott det var.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag serverade en fransk kolaglass med havssalt till som kallas beurre sal\u00e9, som jag hittat p\u00e5 ny\u00f6ppnade Picard bland alla deras frysta produkter. Det \u00e4r viktigt att den \u00e4r ordentligt rendiskad s\u00e5 den inte har smak av t.ex. l\u00f6k eller vitl\u00f6k n\u00e4r du ska laga efterr\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i stekpannan. H\u00e4ll i k\u00f6rsb\u00e4ren, str\u00f6 sockret \u00f6ver och l\u00e4gg i vaniljst\u00e5ngen. R\u00f6r runt hela tiden s\u00e5 sockret l\u00f6ser sig och karamelliseras med sm\u00f6ret. L\u00e5t det puttra ihop ett tag. Smaka av om du beh\u00f6ver mer socker.
