R\u00f6r i zucchinin och tomaterna. H\u00e4ll i tomatpur\u00e9n, salta och peppra och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 lite socker f\u00f6r att ge rundhet och fyllighet \u00e5t tomaterna (det \u00e4r ett klassiskt italienskt\/medelhavskt knep i alla s\u00e5ser med tomat). Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven oreganon, basilikan, kaprisen och olivhacket. L\u00e5t puttra, r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Smaka av och se om du beh\u00f6ver mer av n\u00e5gon krydda, vin\u00e4ger, olja..<\/p>\n<p>Blanda med nykokt pasta som kokats al dente, s\u00e5 den fortfarande har en fast k\u00e4rna i mitten.
