Sk\u00e4r dem i strimlor. Ta de gr\u00f6nsaker du har tillg\u00e5ng till och lust med.<\/p>\n<p>Hacka vitl\u00f6ken, ingef\u00e4ran, chilin och schalottenl\u00f6ken. St\u00e4ll allt gr\u00f6nsakshack \u00e5t sidan tills det \u00e4r dags att woka dem \u00e0 la minute strax f\u00f6re servering.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll olja i woken eller stekpannan. B\u00f6rja sedan med att h\u00e4lla i vitl\u00f6ken, ingef\u00e4ran, schalottenl\u00f6ken och chilin. Woka och r\u00f6r runt medan de steks mjuka utan att ta f\u00e4rg. har du en wok ska du ha h\u00f6g temperatur n\u00e4r gr\u00f6nsakerna l\u00e4ggs i &#8211; det \u00e4r just hela grejen med att woka; det g\u00e5r fort och blir fr\u00e4scht och nyttigt.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00f6nsakerna i ordning efter de som tar l\u00e4ngst tid att tillaga. Mot slutet kommer allts\u00e5 den strimlade purjol\u00f6ken och d\u00e4refter paprikan, medan b\u00f6nor och socker\u00e4rtor tar lite l\u00e4ngre tid. Jag brukar ofta f\u00f6rv\u00e4lla b\u00f6nor och broccoli innan i n\u00e5gra minuter, eftersom jag inte tycker om n\u00e4r de \u00e4r f\u00f6r r\u00e5a. Men det \u00e4r en smaksak. Tills\u00e4tt sojan och mirin eller sherry p\u00e5 slutet.<\/p>\n<p>Servera direkt tillsammans med det \u00f6vriga du lagat.
