Det h\u00e4r receptet \u00e4r inspirerat av alla de dressingar jag serverats i Frankrike, med s\u00e4rskild v\u00e4gledning av en speciell fransk husmor med gedigen kunskap. Det fungerar lika bra till en sallad som till nykokta prim\u00f6rer, till exempel sparris. <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Huvudregeln vid blandning av dressing \u00e4r en del vin\u00e4ger till tre delar olja, men jag gillar n\u00e4r den blir lite \u201drivigare\u201d med en aning mindre olja. Pr\u00f6va dig fram till vad du f\u00f6redrar. Den h\u00e4r dressingen kan sj\u00e4lvklart g\u00f6ras med andra vin\u00e4ger- och\/eller oljesorter, men detta \u00e4r en klassisk fransk dressing som blir otroligt god.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00bd dl r\u00f6dvinsvin\u00e4ger<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">1-3 msk dijonsenap (smaka dig fram)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">en nypa salt<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">en nypa peppar \u2013 nymald&nbsp; (vit eller svart efter smak, eller rentav blandad)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">1-1 \u00bd dl valn\u00f6tsolja<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Blanda vin\u00e4gern med dijonsenapen, r\u00f6r ordentligt och smaks\u00e4tt med lite salt och peppar. R\u00f6r droppvis i oljan s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r en j\u00e4mn emulsion. N\u00e4r oljan r\u00f6rs i l\u00e5ngsamt, lite i taget och dressingen inneh\u00e5ller dijonsenap s\u00e5 g\u00e5r den ihop och blir j\u00e4mn och kr\u00e4migt tjock i konsistensen. Den h\u00e4r dressingen h\u00e5ller sig n\u00e5gra dagar i kylen \u2013 f\u00f6rvara i burk med lock och ta fram ett tag f\u00f6re servering s\u00e5 den blir rumsvarm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Blanda g\u00e4rna olika salladssorter, s\u00e5 den f\u00e5r mer karakt\u00e4r. N\u00e5gra av mina favoriter \u00e4r ekbladssallad, lollo rosso och romansallad. Gott ocks\u00e5 att ha i lite ruccola. H\u00e4rligt att det finns s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga sorter att f\u00e5 tag p\u00e5 nu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Den h\u00e4r dressingen \u00e4r \u00e4ven v\u00e4ldigt god att servera till nykokt- eller stekt sparris.
