Kryddade med \u00f6rter och kanske en aning vitl\u00f6k och stekta s\u00e5 de fortfarande \u00e4r saftiga, serverade med ugnsrostade rotfrukter, tomatsalsa och sm\u00f6rstekt br\u00f6d blir det en god middag till vardag eller helg. St\u00e4ll smeten \u00e5t sidan medan du g\u00f6r i ordning rotfrukterna, blandar med lite olja, kryddar och h\u00e4ller upp p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t som du st\u00e4ller in i ugn som du f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmt till ca 175-200 grader. G\u00f6r salsan enligt eget recept och likas\u00e5 med sm\u00f6ret. St\u00e4ll salsan och sm\u00f6ret \u00e5t sidan medan du f\u00e4rdigst\u00e4ller f\u00e4rsbiffarna.<\/p>\n<p>Stek f\u00e4rsbiffarna s\u00e5 att de \u00e4r klara ungef\u00e4r samtidigt som rotfrukterna. Om de blir klara f\u00f6re rotfrukterna kan du steka dem lite mindre, dra ner v\u00e4rmen i ugnen och l\u00e5ta dem st\u00e5 d\u00e4r tillsammans med rotfrukterna s\u00e5 att allt blir klart ungef\u00e4r samtidigt.
