Plocka de sp\u00e4da topparna som faktiskt inte br\u00e4nns lika mycket och koka tillsammans med en god buljong. Jag f\u00f6redrar att inte reda soppan, men den som vill kan ha i redning och\/eller gr\u00e4dde vilket i och f\u00f6r sig f\u00f6rtar en del av alla nyttigheter n\u00e4sslor inneh\u00e5ller s\u00e5som j\u00e4rn och mineraler.<\/h3>\n<h3>Vaktel\u00e4gg \u00e4r det klassiska tillbeh\u00f6ret, som h\u00e4r p\u00e5 bilden, men vanliga kokta \u00e4gg funkar ocks\u00e5 som matig dekoration i soppan. Om du kokar vanliga \u00e4gg tycker jag 6,5 minuter ger perfekta \u00e4gg. Sk\u00f6lj \u00e4ggen i kallt vatten f\u00f6r att stoppa kokningen.<\/p>\n<p>Koka upp buljongen. Om du vill steker du f\u00f6rst schalottenl\u00f6k i sm\u00f6r innan du h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 buljongen. L\u00e4gg i n\u00e4sslorna, l\u00e5t koka ihop ett kort tag. Mixa eventuellt soppan, beroende p\u00e5 hur finhackade n\u00e4sslorna \u00e4r. Smaka av med salt och peppar. Red soppan om du vill.
