Ordet betyder halvfryst eller halvkyld, och det kommer sig av att den uppvispade \u00e4ggvitan i denna efterr\u00e4tt g\u00f6r att den aldrig fryser helt, utan beh\u00e5ller en kr\u00e4mighet.<\/h3>\n<h3>H\u00e4r har jag gjort en otroligt enkel och l\u00e4ttlagad variant som egentligen bara \u00e4r fryst mar\u00e4ngsmet smaksatt med bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och vanilj. L\u00e4tt, fr\u00e4scht och lite nyttigare. Vispa i sockret lite i taget, vispa \u00e4ven i vaniljen.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4nd ner de mosade bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren. V\u00e4nd ner den vispade gr\u00e4dden.
