Vackrast \u00e4r om man kan f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka ta den hel ur skalhalvorna och sk\u00e4ra halvorna i skivor som fortfarande sitter ihop i den smala \u00e4nden, s\u00e5 den kan vikas ut som en solfj\u00e4der och l\u00e4ggas vackert p\u00e5 tallriken. Str\u00f6 jordgubbarna \u00f6ver. Om du v\u00e4ljer den fylligare varianten med ruccola kan du anv\u00e4nda den som bas, eller l\u00e4gga den vid sidan om. Droppa balsamicon \u00f6ver och d\u00e4rp\u00e5 lite olivolja om man vill.
