Ris och kanske en sallad till. Dekorera g\u00e4rna med f\u00e4rsk koriander. Du kan l\u00e4sa mer om koriander som r\u00e5vara h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen.<\/h3>\n<p>Diabetikern hoppar \u00f6ver riset och tar kanske kokt quinoa, durra eller dinkel till i st\u00e4llet &#8211; eller bara en fr\u00e4sch sallad.<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>4 kycklingfil\u00e9er, skurna i strimlor eller drygt 600 gram kycklinginnerfil\u00e9er<\/p>\n<p>3 klyftor vitl\u00f6k, skalade och finhackade eller pressade<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna ca 2 cm f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, skalad och finhackad eller riven<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsk spiskummin<\/p>\n<p>drygt 1 tsk gurkmeja<\/p>\n<p>peppar, g\u00e4rna nymalen<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>olja till stekning (jag anv\u00e4nder alltid olivolja)<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna f\u00e4rsk koriander till dekoration vid servering<\/p>\n<h4><em>Till mor\u00f6tterna:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>ca 6 mor\u00f6tter, skalade och skurna i slantar eller stavar<\/p>\n<p>citron eller lime att pressa \u00f6ver<\/p>\n<p>olivolja att ringla \u00f6ver<\/p>\n<p>chili-limekrydda eller lite chili tillsammans med limejuicen<\/p>\n<p>ev. salt (smaka av eftersom kryddblandningar brukar vara ganska salta redan)<\/p>\n<h4><em>Till mangochutneys\u00e5sen:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>1 burk cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/p>\n<p>ca 1 dl mango chutney (b\u00f6rja med lite mindre m\u00e4ngd och smaka av)<\/p>\n<p>saft fr\u00e5n 1\/2-1 citron eller lime (ta g\u00e4rna h\u00e4lften av varje)<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna lite riven ingef\u00e4ra f\u00f6r extra drag och smak<\/p>\n<p>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, mosad eller pressad<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar efter smak (brukar inte beh\u00f6vas)<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 riset enligt anvisningar p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen.<\/p>\n<p>Stek kycklingen i olja, krydda och smaka av. Kycklingen ska steka tills den \u00e4r helt genomstekt, men inte blir torr.<\/p>\n<p>Koka mor\u00f6tterna samtidigt som du steker kycklingen.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r \u00e4ven ihop s\u00e5sen. Smaka av s\u00e5 att smakerna balanseras bra, den ska ha viss hetta men \u00e4ven s\u00f6tma fr\u00e5n mango chutneyn och syra fr\u00e5n lime\/citron f\u00f6r att balansera detta. S\u00e5sen kan \u00e4ven g\u00f6ras i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g eftersom den bara m\u00e5r bra av att st\u00e5 och dra ihop smakerna i kylen ett tag innan servering. Kom ih\u00e5g att ta fram den ca 10 minuter f\u00f6re servering s\u00e5 den inte \u00e4r iskall.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg upp i fat eller direkt p\u00e5 tallrikar, str\u00f6 f\u00e4rsk koriander \u00f6ver.
