H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vinet och l\u00e5t puttra f\u00f6rsiktigt s\u00e5 vinet reduceras n\u00e5got. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 gr\u00e4dden. Krydda med \u00f6rter, peppar och salt<\/p>\n<p>Under tiden som s\u00e5sen puttrar sk\u00e4r du laxen i strimlor. S\u00e4tt \u00e4ven p\u00e5 pastavattnet. Och sk\u00e4r upp v\u00e5rl\u00f6ken och f\u00e4rska \u00f6rtkryddor att dekorera med vid servering.<\/p>\n<p>Koka pastan enligt anvisningar p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen, men koka lite kortare tid eftersom pasta m\u00e5r b\u00e4st av att vara al dente med en fast k\u00e4rna, s\u00e4rskilt n\u00e4r den ska blandas med s\u00e5s som h\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>Strax innan servering l\u00e4gger du i laxstrimlorna och i s\u00e5sen och l\u00e5ter dem precis kokas utan att bli torra &#8211; det g\u00e5r fort!<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg den avrunna pastan i ett serveringsfat eller -sk\u00e5l, h\u00e4ll s\u00e5sen \u00f6ver och r\u00f6r runt f\u00f6rsiktigt. Toppa med v\u00e5rl\u00f6ken och de f\u00e4rska \u00f6rtkryddorna.
