H\u00e4r \u00e4r de smaksatta med f\u00e4rska \u00f6rter och kapris och serveras med potatis som stekts med r\u00f6d paprika och lite chili. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan medan du fixar med resten.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 blomk\u00e5len p\u00e5 kokning. R\u00f6r ihop ingredienserna till s\u00e5sen. Smaka av och st\u00e4ll s\u00e5sen \u00e5t sidan till servering.<\/p>\n<p>Stek potatisen &#8211; b\u00f6rja med den r\u00e5a potatisen men om du har kokt steker du f\u00f6rst vitl\u00f6k och l\u00e4gger d\u00e4refter i den kokta potatisen i bitar och sedan paprikan. Krydda, stek tills varmt och med fin stekyta. Smaka av. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan eller l\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 ett fat som du st\u00e4ller i ugnen tills resten \u00e4r klart.<\/p>\n<p>Stek hamburgarna i stekpanna eller grillpanna eller p\u00e5 grillen! L\u00e5t dem g\u00e4rna vara lite mindre stekta i mitten s\u00e5 blir de inte s\u00e5 torra.
