Jag brukar ta n\u00e5gra upptinade frysta b\u00e4r (bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och hallon eller bara hallon t.ex.) och &#8221;r\u00e5r\u00f6ra&#8221; med lite socker och servera till de frasiga v\u00e5fflorna.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Du beh\u00f6ver till v\u00e5ffelsmeten:<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">40 gram j\u00e4st<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 dl fingervarm mj\u00f6lk (37 grader)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">lite salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">en tsk socker (konsumeras av j\u00e4sten, s\u00e5 v\u00e5fflorna blir inte s\u00f6ta)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 gram sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r &#8211; som h\u00e4lls i efter j\u00e4sningen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smula j\u00e4sten i en ganska stor bunke och r\u00f6r i lite av den ljumma mj\u00f6lken, r\u00f6r tills j\u00e4sten l\u00f6st sig och h\u00e4ll i resten av mj\u00f6lken. H\u00e4ll i sockret och saltet. Vispa\/r\u00f6r i vetemj\u00f6let. R\u00f6r till j\u00e4mn smet. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan i k\u00f6ket att j\u00e4sa i 35 minuter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under tiden plockar jag fram sylt och vispar gr\u00e4dde och kanske r\u00f6r ihop en god sylt med n\u00e5gra favoritb\u00e4r och lite socker. Dessutom sm\u00e4lter jag sm\u00f6ret s\u00e5 det hinner svalna lite innan det ska h\u00e4llas i smeten inf\u00f6r gr\u00e4ddningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e4r smeten j\u00e4st klart h\u00e4ller du i det sm\u00e4lta sm\u00f6ret och r\u00f6r runt med vispen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hetta upp v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rnet och smet p\u00e5 lite sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 det inf\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta gr\u00e4ddningen &#8211; sedan beh\u00f6vs inte sm\u00f6r i j\u00e4rnet eftersom smeten inneh\u00e5ller sm\u00f6r.
