Men jag m\u00e5ste s\u00e4ga att det \u00e4r mer praktiskt, om inte lika spektakul\u00e4rt, att l\u00e5ta dem vara platta. D\u00e5 kan man dessutom anv\u00e4nda dem till delikata sm\u00e5 efterr\u00e4tter som \u00e4nd\u00e5 \u00e4r s\u00e4llsynt l\u00e4ttlagade.<\/h3>\n<h3>Det kommer separata recept fram\u00f6ver d\u00e4r jag serverar havreflarnen med till exempel vaniljglass och bakad rabarber, kanske med en klick gr\u00e4dde d\u00e4rtill, som p\u00e5 bilden h\u00e4r nedanf\u00f6r. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme. Tills\u00e4tt sockret, sirapen och gr\u00e4dden. L\u00e5t sm\u00e5puttra lite, tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven kardemumman och vaniljen. R\u00f6r ner havregrynen f\u00f6rst. Blanda mj\u00f6let med bakpulvret, r\u00f6r i det. Klicka smeten p\u00e5 pl\u00e5tar kl\u00e4dda med bakpl\u00e5tspapper (annars kan det bli sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 loss flarnen). T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att smeten flyter ut s\u00e5 klickarna ska vara ganska sm\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Baka havreflarnen direkt i ca 5 minuter. Passa noga &#8211; de br\u00e4nns l\u00e4tt! De ska bli gyllene och krispiga men inte br\u00e4nda. Br\u00e4nt socker f\u00e5r en besk smak.<\/p>\n<p>Ta ut flarnen. Om du vill b\u00f6ja dem m\u00e5ste du agera snabbt innan de stelnar. H\u00e4ng dem \u00f6ver en l\u00e4mplig st\u00e5ng och l\u00e5t kallna innan du f\u00f6rsiktigt lyfter av dem. Eller l\u00e5t dem ligga kvar p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspappret som du f\u00f6rsiktigt f\u00f6r \u00f6ver fr\u00e5n pl\u00e5ten till en sl\u00e4t k\u00f6ksb\u00e4nk. N\u00e4r jag gjorde de h\u00e4r var det hett och fuktigt ute, s\u00e5 flarnen ville inte riktigt bli frasiga..:)<\/p>\n<p>Servera flarnen tills saft eller kaffe, kanske med glass. Eller servera dem som efterr\u00e4tt med vispad gr\u00e4dde och f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r.
