Chilin har i \u00e5r blivit mer rikligt \u00e4n tidigare och framf\u00f6r allt otroligt god! Det \u00e4r en sort som ger ganska stora vackert djupr\u00f6da avl\u00e5nga chilifrukter, fulla med fyllig aromatisk smak och angen\u00e4m hetta.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00e5tt pippi p\u00e5 att anv\u00e4nda denna h\u00e4rliga chili i allt jag kan; i pastas\u00e5ser som carbonaran &#8221;with a difference&#8221; som gjorde stor succ\u00e9. Eller som h\u00e4r till att f\u00f6rst\u00e4rka och hotta upp en fyllig k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s. Verkligt gott &#8211; och nyttigt! Chili inneh\u00e5ller mer \u00e4n 60 g\u00e5nger s\u00e5 mycket C-vitamin som apelsin. Resten tills\u00e4tter du vid servering.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t puttra ihop, smaka av och peppra samt salta eventuellt.<\/p>\n<p>Koka pastan al dente, s\u00e5 den fortfarande har en lite h\u00e5rd k\u00e4rna i mitten. H\u00e4ll av, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 lite olivolja och blanda i k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5sen. H\u00e4ll upp i uppl\u00e4ggningsfat eller -sk\u00e5l, dekorera med det sista av den f\u00e4rska chilin.
