H\u00e4r f\u00e5r den spela huvudrollen i en v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4ttlagad pastar\u00e4tt smaksatt med b\u00e5de bacon, salvia och f\u00e4rsk chili. Jag har f\u00f6rm\u00e5nen att anv\u00e4nda mina f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrars egenodlade supergoda chili, som \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt aromatisk. En vanlig r\u00f6d chili fungerar bra &#8211; den beh\u00f6ver inte vara s\u00e5 stark, utan ska ge b\u00e5de f\u00e4rg och fyllighet. \u00d6rterna sk\u00f6rdar jag p\u00e5 balkongen till min of\u00f6rst\u00e4llda gl\u00e4dje. Stek baconstrimlorna p\u00e5 ganska h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 de blir krispiga utan att b\u00e4rnnas &#8211; r\u00f6r om hela tiden. L\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa ett tag och tills\u00e4tt sedan chilin.<\/p>\n<p>b\u00f6rja koka pastan samtidigt som du l\u00e4gger zucchinibitarna i l\u00f6k- och baconhacket. Zucchinin ska n\u00e4mligen inte stekas f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge. Just d\u00e4rf\u00f6r gillar jag att den sk\u00e4rs i ganska tunna skivor om ca 2-3 mm, s\u00e5 de beh\u00e5ller en viss sp\u00e4nst och det g\u00e5r fort att steka dem.<\/p>\n<p>Krydda med peppar. Tills\u00e4tt g\u00e4rna lite mer olivolja.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll av pastan n\u00e4r den \u00e4r al dente (med en liten h\u00e5rd k\u00e4rna s\u00e5 den inte klibbar och blir tr\u00e5kig). Ibland sk\u00f6ljer jag faktiskt pastan i kallt vatten helt hastigt f\u00f6r att se till att kokningen avstannar och att den inte klibbar. L\u00e5t rinna av ordentligt och h\u00e4ll d\u00e4refter pastan i s\u00e5sen, r\u00f6r runt. Alternativt h\u00e4ll pastan i en serveringssk\u00e5l, ringla olivolja \u00f6ver och tills\u00e4tt s\u00e5sen. R\u00f6r runt f\u00f6rsiktigt. Dekorera med basilikan, v\u00e5rl\u00f6ken och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 parmesanosten alternativt servera den vid sidan av f\u00f6r g\u00e4sterna att tills\u00e4tta vid bordet.
