Strimla l\u00f6ken tunt i skivor (halva ringar). Pressa citronsaft, eller limesaft, \u00f6ver och str\u00f6 salt \u00f6ver. F\u00f6r b\u00e5de smak och utseende tar jag g\u00e4rna spiskummin och str\u00f6r p\u00e5 tillsammans med paprikapulver. Marineringen i l\u00f6k och salt g\u00f6r att den r\u00e5a l\u00f6ken blir mjuk och mild i smaken och ett mycket gott tillbeh\u00f6r till indisk \u2013 eller annan \u2013 mat.
