Den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen blev det med asiatiska smaker, eller n\u00e4rmare best\u00e4mt thail\u00e4ndska.<\/h3>\n<h3>Den urtagna hela fisken fylldes med ett aromatiskt gr\u00f6nsakshack best\u00e5ende av schalottenl\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k, chili, ingef\u00e4ra, chili, citrongr\u00e4s, koriander och lime. Resterna av gr\u00f6nsakshacket blev en underbar varm-ljummen salsa som serverades till. Kokta mor\u00f6tter smaksatta med lime och koriander passar &nbsp;bra till. Tills\u00e4tt koriander precis n\u00e4r du st\u00e4nger av v\u00e4rmen. Pressa lime \u00f6ver. L\u00e4gg upp i sk\u00e5l och dekorera med limebitar till g\u00e4sterna att ta och pressa \u00f6ver vid servering.<\/p>\n<p>Koka mor\u00f6tterna, som sedan kryddas med pressad lime, f\u00e4rsk koriander och salt, f\u00f6rutom olivolja.
