Namnet som barnen kommit p\u00e5 s\u00e4ger ju liksom allt.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver (till ca 4 pers):<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Ca 3 dl avrunnen yoghurt \u2013 f\u00f6rslagsvis mild naturell yoghurt, eller vaniljyoghurten<\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd dl gr\u00e4dde (jag brukar anv\u00e4nda den laktosfria \u2013 den \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt god dessutom)<\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd dl socker (g\u00e4rna malt eller finkornigt r\u00e5socker eller muscavadosocker)<\/p>\n<p>vanilj \u2013 helst de urskrapade fr\u00f6na ur en vaniljst\u00e5ng, annars ett riktigt bra vaniljsocker I vissa aff\u00e4rer har jag hittat vaniljfr\u00f6na som s\u00e4ljs i en burk \u2013 alldeles utm\u00e4rkt till detta! Ta d\u00e5 \u00bd tsk av vanliljfr\u00f6n. Jag brukar fylla melittafiltret med yoghurt (tror det rymmer 5 dl) och l\u00e5ta det st\u00e5 i k\u00f6ket och rinna av, eller varsamt st\u00e4lla in det i kylen om kan l\u00e5ta det st\u00e5 och rinna av lite l\u00e4ngre tid. Den tjocka kr\u00e4miga yoghurt som \u00e4r kvar i melittafiltret blandar du med \u00f6vriga ingredienser.
