De heter gambones (stora r\u00e4kor) och l\u00e4mpar sig v\u00e4ldigt v\u00e4l f\u00f6r att grilla eller som h\u00e4r bakas eller grillas i ugn. Man kan k\u00f6pa dem f\u00e4rska eller frysta. Om du inte f\u00e5r tag i gambones kan du ta vanliga f\u00e4rska r\u00e4kor eller kanske \u00e4nnu hellre tigerr\u00e4kor eller till och med havskr\u00e4ftor.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag serverade v\u00e5ra spanska gambones med en h\u00e4rlig salsa p\u00e5 chili, vitl\u00f6k, koriander, lime och olivolja och ett tillbeh\u00f6r som passade v\u00e4ldigt bra &#8211; chilistekt zucchini, f\u00f6rutom kokt ris.
