D\u00e5 g\u00e5r jag hellre till frysdisken och tar de svenska b\u00f6norna i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra som rest runt halva jorden n\u00e4r vi egentligen har s\u00e4song hemma. H\u00e4r serverades de som tillbeh\u00f6r till grillad iberico-fl\u00e4skk\u00f6tt.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>ca 700 gram f\u00e4rska b\u00f6nor, som du skurit bort snibbarna i varje \u00e4nda p\u00e5<\/p>\n<p>saltat vatten att koka dem i<\/p>\n<h4><em>Till tomatvinaigretten:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>2-3 msk god vin\u00e4ger, jag anv\u00e4nde den spanska sherryvin\u00e4gern<\/p>\n<p>1-2 msk dijonsenap<\/p>\n<p>1 stor spansk tomat eller 2-3 vanliga tomater, s\u00e5 solmogna som m\u00f6jligt, sk\u00e4r bort skaften och hacka tomaterna ganska fint<\/p>\n<p>1-2 schalottenl\u00f6kar eller 1\/2 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, skalade, skurna i halvor och d\u00e4refter skurna i tunna skivor<a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/09\/2002438.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-17812\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/09\/2002438-300x223.jpg\" alt=\"2002438\" width=\"300\" height=\"223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/09\/2002438-300x223.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/09\/2002438-150x111.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/09\/2002438.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>f\u00e4rska \u00f6rtkryddor &#8211; jag tog basilika och timjan, hackade<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar<\/p>\n<p>ca 1\/2 dl olivolja<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna en liten eller 1\/2 isbit f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 dressingen att emulgera l\u00e4ttare<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Koka b\u00f6norna i l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten tills de \u00e4r s\u00e5 mjuka som du vill ha dem. Jag gillar n\u00e4r de \u00e4r genomkokta, men en del f\u00f6redrar de mer krispiga. Medan b\u00f6norna kokar r\u00f6r du ihop dijonsenapen och vin\u00e4gern, r\u00f6r i salt, peppar och en del av \u00f6rterna <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/09\/20024401.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-17813\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/09\/20024401-300x223.jpg\" alt=\"2002440\" width=\"300\" height=\"223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/09\/20024401-300x223.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/09\/20024401-150x111.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/09\/20024401.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>(resten sparar du till uppl\u00e4ggningen) och avslutningsvis olivolja droppvis. F\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa den g\u00e5 ihop kan det hj\u00e4lpa med en bit kall is som sm\u00e4lter och faktiskt f\u00e5r den att bli tjock och fin &#8211; ett trick jag l\u00e4rt mig av fransm\u00e4nnen:)<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll vattnet av de f\u00e4rdiga b\u00f6norna, l\u00e4gg b\u00f6norna i en sk\u00e5l eller p\u00e5 ett uppl\u00e4ggningsfat. L\u00e4gg de hackade tomaterna ovanp\u00e5 b\u00f6norna, d\u00e4rp\u00e5 den skivade l\u00f6ken och h\u00e4ll dressingen \u00f6ver. Dekorera med f\u00e4rska \u00f6rtkryddor.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t st\u00e5 till servering.
