De beh\u00f6ver i min mening inte marineras utan det r\u00e4cker att de f\u00e5r en dos olivolja med rosmarin, vitl\u00f6k och g\u00e4rna rivet citronskal. Det g\u00e5r dessutom otroligt fort att grilla dem. Det enda du beh\u00f6ver l\u00e4gga lite tid p\u00e5 \u00e4r de tillbeh\u00f6r du v\u00e4ljer.<\/h3>\n<h3>H\u00e4r har jag i och f\u00f6r sig valt ett lite mer tidskr\u00e4vande tillbeh\u00f6r i form av den ljuvligt goda varma f\u00e4nk\u00e5lssalladen. Men d\u00e4rut\u00f6ver serverade jag snabbkokta f\u00e4rskpotatisar och ett \u00f6rt- och citronsmakande sm\u00f6r som passar bra till.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag hade ocks\u00e5 blomk\u00e5l smaksatt med rostad serranoskinka, <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/09\/2008083.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-17836\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/09\/2008083.jpg\" alt=\"2008083\" width=\"500\" height=\"373\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/09\/2008083.jpg 500w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/09\/2008083-150x111.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/09\/2008083-300x223.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a>citronskal och olivolja, som jag s\u00e5 h\u00e4r i efterhand snarare rekommenderar att servera som en f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt s\u00e5 dess delikata smaker f\u00e5r komma mer till sin r\u00e4tt. L\u00e4gg de avtorkade lammkotletterna i oljeblandningen, se till att lammkotletterna \u00e4r v\u00e4l t\u00e4ckta genom att r\u00f6ra runt i dem &#8211; helst f\u00f6r hand (naturligtvis med v\u00e4ltv\u00e4ttade h\u00e4nder)<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r ihop det goda \u00f6rt- vitl\u00f6ks- och citronsm\u00f6ret. Smaka av. G\u00f6r i ordning dina \u00f6vriga tillbeh\u00f6r &#8211; kanske mor\u00f6tter eller chilistekt zucchini som du finner h\u00e4r bredvid p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>Starta grillen i god tid s\u00e5 du hinner f\u00e5 fin gl\u00f6d p\u00e5 den tills det \u00e4r dags att grilla.<\/p>\n<p>Strax innan servering l\u00e4gger du lammkotletterna p\u00e5 grillen och passar dem noga &#8211; det g\u00e5r fort att grilla dem!
