Annars l\u00e4gger du dem i ugnen under grillelementet, fast mexicanarna grillar dem g\u00e4rna \u00f6ver gasl\u00e5gan p\u00e5 spisen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Skalen ska bli svarta och lite bubbliga. L\u00e4gg de grillade chilisarna i en sk\u00e5l med lock eller plast \u00f6ver, alternativt i en tjock t\u00e5lig plastp\u00e5se (som klarar av hettan) s\u00e5 de f\u00e5r \u00e5nga f\u00f6r att sedan bli l\u00e4ttare att skala.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Om du ska servera dem som de \u00e4r med lite olivolja \u00f6ver kan du dela dem l\u00e4ngs med och f\u00f6rutom att skala dem ta ur k\u00e4rnor, skaft och vener.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Men om du vill kan du anv\u00e4nda dem till n\u00e4sta recept; ostfyllda friterade chilisar. D\u00e5 ska de vara s\u00e5 hela som m\u00f6jligt s\u00e5 d\u00e5 tar man ta bort skaftet och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00e5 ut k\u00e4rnor och vener uppifr\u00e5n s\u00e5 gott det g\u00e5r. Eventuellt beh\u00f6ver du g\u00f6ra ett litet snitt en bit ner l\u00e4ngs med chilifrukten ocks\u00e5.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00c5ter till detta recept: L\u00e4gg chilihalvorna p\u00e5 ett fat och ringla olivolja \u00f6ver, n\u00e5gra korn flingsalt och eventuellt lite tunt skivad vitl\u00f6k.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Det h\u00e4r tillbeh\u00f6ret kan g\u00f6ras i ordning i god tid i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g \u2013 d\u00e5 kan man anv\u00e4nda lite st\u00f6rre m\u00e4ngd olja att f\u00f6rvara chilin i.
