Den kom som s\u00e5 mycket i Katinkas Kitchen till av en slump n\u00e4r jag har n\u00e5gon r\u00e5vara kvar som jag b\u00f6rjar sp\u00e5na kring. Den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen var det extra mycket kaffe kvar efter en middag och med en ny middagsbjudning dagen efter t\u00e4nkte jag att jag kunde anv\u00e4nda kaffet till en mockamousse. Den passar nog bra p\u00e5 en mandelbotten, och med choklad h\u00f6gst upp, t\u00e4nkte jag vidare. Eftersom jag gjort ett antal <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2058931.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-18043\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2058931-300x223.jpg\" alt=\"2058931\" width=\"300\" height=\"223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2058931-300x223.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2058931-150x111.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2058931.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>mousset\u00e5rtor d\u00e4r jag anv\u00e4nder vaniljyoghurt anv\u00e4nde jag det h\u00e4r ocks\u00e5. Men jag tycker nog att receptet kan vidareutvecklas och bli b\u00e4ttre med mer gr\u00e4dde och ingen yoghurt alls, i alla fall om man som jag inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 f\u00f6rtjust i yoghurt. Yoghurten g\u00f6r sig utm\u00e4rkt i mousser som inneh\u00e5ller redan syrliga ingredienser som hallon eller lime. Den i min mening mer lyckade lime- och vaniljmoussen p\u00e5 kokosbotten med mangotopping <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2057714.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-18044\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2057714-300x223.jpg\" alt=\"2057714\" width=\"300\" height=\"223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2057714-300x223.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2057714-150x111.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2057714.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>publiceras ocks\u00e5 h\u00e4r bredvid. H\u00e4r f\u00e5r ni hur som helst yoghurtmousset\u00e5rtan med kaffesmak, fast redan n\u00e5got modererad med lite mindre yoghurt och lite mer gr\u00e4dde \u00e4n jag hade i min. Blanda ner de hackade mandlarna, sm\u00f6ret och det uppvispade \u00e4gget. R\u00f6r ihop till en smet.<\/p>\n<p>Tryck ut smeten i en smord form med l\u00f6stagbara h\u00f6ga kanter, sm\u00f6rj den bara en liten bit upp eftersom moussen ska vara ovanp\u00e5 sen.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda botten i 175 grader ca 20 minuter &#8211; passa den <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2057719.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-18048\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2057719-300x223.jpg\" alt=\"2057719\" width=\"300\" height=\"223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2057719-300x223.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2057719-150x111.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2057719.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>noga s\u00e5 den inte br\u00e4nns. H\u00e4ll det s\u00f6tade kaffet i vaniljyoghurten och blanda ihop. &nbsp;Smaka av s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r fin balans och t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att gr\u00e4dden ska tills\u00e4ttas senare.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg gelatinet i bl\u00f6t i kallt vatten i en sk\u00e5l eller en djup tallrik. St\u00e4ll gr\u00e4ddvispet \u00e5t sidan medan du tar hand om gelatinet.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en kastrull med kokande vatten.<\/p>\n<p>Lyft upp gelatinet med det vatten som naturligt f\u00f6ljer med och l\u00e4gg det i en metallbunke som du sedan s\u00e4tter \u00f6ver det kokande vattnet. R\u00f6r runt i gelatinet tills det sm\u00e4lt. Det g\u00e5r fort. Lyft bort gelatinbunken fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen, r\u00f6r i ca 1 dl av yoghurtblandningen och r\u00f6r runt s\u00e5 det blandas ordentligt. H\u00e4ll gelatinblandingen i bunken med resten av <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2057716.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-18051\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2057716-300x223.jpg\" alt=\"2057716\" width=\"300\" height=\"223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2057716-300x223.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2057716-150x111.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2013\/10\/2057716.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>yoghurtblandningen. R\u00f6r runt s\u00e5 blandas ordentligt. V\u00e4nd sist ner gr\u00e4dden och r\u00f6r s\u00e5 det blir en j\u00e4mn&nbsp;smet.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll smeten \u00f6ver mandelbotten i formen. St\u00e4ll svalt att stelna. Det tar l\u00e5ng tid f\u00f6r gelatin att stelna &#8211; det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r det \u00e4r b\u00e4st att g\u00f6ra den h\u00e4r t\u00e5rtan dagen innan den ska serveras.<\/p>\n<h4>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du med chokladtoppingen:<\/h4>\n<p>V\u00e4rm gr\u00e4dden i en tjockbottnad kastrull. Lyft den av v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e4gg i chokladen bruten i bitar. St\u00e4ll t\u00e5rtan svalt tills det \u00e4r dags att servera eller servera den direkt. Dekorera g\u00e4rna med rosor eller andra vackra blommor.
