Pastan ska sedan kokas al dente, s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt i g\u00e5ng med det n\u00e4r du ser att din pastas\u00e5s b\u00f6rjar bli klar. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en snabblagad r\u00e4tt!<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s vitl\u00f6ken, schalottenl\u00f6ken f\u00f6rst och efter ett tag strimlat bacon i lite olivolja (ja, jag gillar att steka bacon i olivolja n\u00e4r det \u00e4r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r till pastas\u00e5ser med vitl\u00f6k och l\u00f6k). L\u00f6ken ska bli mjuk utan att ta f\u00e4rg men sedan n\u00e4r baconet \u00e4r tillsatt h\u00f6jer du v\u00e4rmen n\u00e5got s\u00e5 den blir ordentligt stekt utan att br\u00e4nnas. Tills\u00e4tt chilin, salvian och de soltorkade tomaterna. Peppra. Tills\u00e4tt lite vitt vin och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa ihop. &nbsp;Nu \u00e4r det klart att h\u00e4lla i den avrunna pastan.
