H\u00e4r har jag tagit ett supergott surdegsbr\u00f6d, rostat det, lagt p\u00e5 cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche och toppat med en rej\u00e4l klick l\u00f6jrom och lite finhackad l\u00f6k. S\u00e5 enkelt och s\u00e5\u00e5 gott!<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver till 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Fyra br\u00f6dskivor av valfritt slag, rostade<\/p>\n<p>cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche eller gr\u00e4ddfil &#8211; det man f\u00f6redrar och har tillg\u00e5ng till (jag f\u00f6redrar cr\u00e8me fra\u00eechen med sin milda gr\u00e4ddighet)<\/p>\n<p>l\u00f6jrom &#8211; s\u00e5 mycket du vill och har r\u00e5d med, det \u00e4r ju inte billigt&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 r\u00f6d l\u00f6k eller helst 1 schalottenl\u00f6k, skalad och finhackad<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5got tag p\u00e5 pepparkvarnen<\/p>\n<p>ev. 1\/2 citron skuren i klyftor eller bitar<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Rosta br\u00f6det. L\u00e5t det svalna n\u00e5got innan du l\u00e4gger p\u00e5 cr\u00e8me fra\u00eechen eller gr\u00e4ddfilen eftersom den sm\u00e4lter annars. Klicka p\u00e5 l\u00f6jrom och toppa med hackad l\u00f6k. Ett tag p\u00e5 pepparkvarnen och det \u00e4r klart att servera, kanske med en dekorativ bit citron f\u00f6r den som vill. Jag tycker det \u00e4r synd att pressa citron \u00f6ver den goda l\u00f6jrommen, men smaken \u00e4r ju olika.<\/p>\n<p>Njut, g\u00e4rna med ett glas gott vitt vin.
