Jag hade t\u00e4nkt g\u00f6ra kycklingl\u00e5r med en mustig barbecueliknande marinad jag gjorde f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga \u00e5r sedan och n\u00e4stan gl\u00f6mt bort. Men s\u00e5 hade jag massa lax i frysen som jag ville anv\u00e4nda f\u00f6r att frig\u00f6ra plats, och d\u00e5 fick det bli lax diavolo i st\u00e4llet. H\u00e4r \u00e4r marinaden mer som en glaze som laxen bakas under.<\/h3>\n<p>Jag valde att servera laxen med ugnsrostad potatis och provencalska b\u00f6nor. N\u00e4r du har ca 20 minuter kvar till servering st\u00e4ller du laxen i ugnen p\u00e5 150 grader i ca 20 minuter. Titta efter att laxen \u00e4r lagom stekt, eller m\u00e4t \u00e4nnu hellre med en termometer. N\u00e4r temperaturen \u00e4r 45 grader i mitten \u00e4r den perfekt. Den som inte vill ha lika sashimi-liknande innanm\u00e4te p\u00e5 sin lax l\u00e5ter den steka lite till, men t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att om den steker f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge blir den v\u00e4ldigt torr och h\u00e5rd och inte alls lika mj\u00e4ll och njutbar.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r potatisen enligt sitt eget recept.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du de provencalska b\u00f6norna:<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i olivolja p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 den blir mjuk utan att ta f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt tomaterna och kryddor. Tills\u00e4tt b\u00f6norna ett tag innan det \u00e4r dags att servera. Anv\u00e4nder du frysta b\u00f6nor tills\u00e4tter du dem direkt. Anv\u00e4nder du f\u00e4rska b\u00f6nor ska de f\u00f6rv\u00e4llas f\u00f6rst. Koka dem s\u00e5 de precis blir mjuka, men fortfarande har sp\u00e4nst.
