N\u00e4r man dessutom anv\u00e4nder praktiska ingredienser fr\u00e5n Picard g\u00e5r det \u00e4nnu fortare:)<\/h3>\n<h3>H\u00e4r har jag valt att kombinera dem med underbara svartr\u00f6tter. Jag blev s\u00e4rskilt glad n\u00e4r jag hittade svartr\u00f6tter p\u00e5 Picard, eftersom denna delikata gr\u00f6nsak, eller rotfrukt, som ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r k\u00e4nd som fattigmanssparris \u00e4r s\u00e5 ohyggligt jobbig att jobba med. Det beror p\u00e5 att de l\u00e5nga svarta r\u00f6tterna blir superklibbiga n\u00e4r de skalas. Jag tog f\u00f6rst en teflonpanna men ins\u00e5g snabbt att jag inte t\u00e4nkt mig f\u00f6r &#8211; de f\u00e5r ingen f\u00e4rg d\u00e5.. Gjutj\u00e4rnspanna med lite olivolja eller en grillpanna utan fett \u00e4r l\u00e4mpligt. D\u00e5 penslar jag bara pilgrimsmusslorna l\u00e4tt med oljan innan de halstras. Salta och peppra. De ska f\u00e5 fin stekyta men inte vara genomstekta. St\u00e4ll in dem i ugnen som du f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmt till ca 125 grader. D\u00e4r bakas de lite till, utan att bli torra och tr\u00e5kiga medan du g\u00f6r i ordning svartr\u00f6tterna och v\u00e4rmer s\u00e5sen.<\/p>\n<p>Stek svartr\u00f6tterna i rikligt med sm\u00f6r. Krydda med salt och peppar och \u00f6rtkrydda. Jag valde b\u00e5de persilja och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k ur Picards praktiska frysta f\u00f6rpackningar.<\/p>\n<p>Servera de sm\u00f6rstekta svartr\u00f6tterna med pilgrimsmusslorna.
