Det pratas b\u00e5de h\u00e4r och d\u00e4r om det b\u00e4sta receptet p\u00e5 denna r\u00e4tt med r\u00f6tter i s\u00f6dra USA. Vad jag d\u00e4remot har en del vana av \u00e4r mexikansk mat, eftersom jag har moster och kusiner d\u00e4r. Dessutom \u00e4r det faktiskt ganska l\u00e4tt &#8211; jag k\u00f6rde helt enkelt allt i en mixer. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r det f\u00f6rsta utkastet av min pulled pork, som jag serverade med tortillabr\u00f6d, majs och den goda s\u00e5sen. Buen approveche eller enjoy!<\/h3>\n<p>Jag lagade min pulled pork i en crock pot, en slow cooker d\u00e4r grytan st\u00e5r och puttrar i sex timmar p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme. Har du inte en crock pot anv\u00e4nder du en bra gryta, till exempel en gjutj\u00e4rnsgryta. D\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver du sannolikt lite kortare koktid, eftersom en vanlig spis oftast inte g\u00e5r att s\u00e4tta p\u00e5 s\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme. Mixa ihop till en barbecues\u00e5s d\u00e4r l\u00f6ken och chilin \u00e4r finhackad. Kelpamaren droppar du i motsvarande 1\/4 tsk. Ta n\u00e5gra tag med pepparkvarnen ocks\u00e5. Jag skar mitt k\u00f6tt som var p\u00e5 1,2 kilo i tre bitar. N\u00e4r k\u00f6ttet \u00e4r s\u00e5 m\u00f6rt s\u00e5 det l\u00e4tt g\u00e5r att dra is\u00e4r med en gaffel \u00e4r det klart.<\/p>\n<p>Lyft upp k\u00f6ttet p\u00e5 en sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da eller ett fat och dra is\u00e4r k\u00f6ttet.
