H\u00e4r \u00e4r det den enklaste variant d\u00e4r du bara blandar salt med kallt vatten. N\u00e4r fisken sedan l\u00e5ngsambakas i ugn blir den underbart saftig och oemotst\u00e5ndligt god. Man kan annars servera torsken med till exempel citronpotatis och spenat, eller n\u00e5got annat gott \u2013 recepten finner du h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>Det brukar vara lagom att ber\u00e4kna ca 150 gram fisk per person<\/p>\n<h4>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:<\/h4>\n<p>600-700 gram benfri torskrygg (ber\u00e4kna ca 150 gram per person, 200 f\u00f6r riktigt hungriga)<\/p>\n<p>5-9 dl kallt vatten (ska t\u00e4cka fisken)<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd dl salt<\/p>\n<p>Olivolja, n\u00e5gra msk<\/p>\n<p>Vitl\u00f6k, 1-2 klyftor pressad<\/p>\n<p>Lite peppar \u2013 g\u00e4rna vitpeppar<\/p>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/h4>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r torsken i lagom portionsbitar. L\u00f6s saltet i vattnet och l\u00e4gg ner torskbitarna. L\u00e5t ligga i 20-30 minuter. Under tiden r\u00f6r du ihop n\u00e5gra msk olivolja med den pressade vitl\u00f6ken. Lyft upp och torka av fiskbitarna. L\u00e4gg i en ugnsform som du smort med lite olivolja. Pensla bitarna med vitl\u00f6ksoljan och peppra l\u00e4tt. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till 150-170 grader och baka i ca 20-30 minuter. Tillagningstiden varierar fr\u00e5n ugn till ugn och beror i h\u00f6g grad av storleken p\u00e5 fiskbitarna. Kolla efter 20 minuter s\u00e5 fisken inte blir \u00f6verkokt. Den ska ha bakats f\u00e4rdig men fortfarande vara saftig och fin.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med det tillbeh\u00f6r du valt.
