Fungerar utm\u00e4rkt tillsammans med vad kallskuret och rester du har i kylen till en god brunch. L\u00e5t dig inte luras av hur det l\u00e5ter n\u00e4r du l\u00e4ser ingredienserna \u2013 den h\u00e4r grat\u00e4ngen \u00e4r j\u00e4ttegod! Jag kokar ibland \u00e4gg just f\u00f6r att kunna g\u00f6ra den h\u00e4r grat\u00e4ngen.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>6 Kokta \u00e4gg, i skivor<\/p>\n<p>Gul l\u00f6k i skivor, 1-2 st beroende p\u00e5 om stora eller sm\u00e5<\/p>\n<p>Lite sm\u00f6r att sm\u00f6rja ugnsformen med<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e9chamels\u00e5s (vit grunds\u00e5s):<\/p>\n<p>30 gram sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>3 msk vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>4-5 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar och ev. riven muskot till smaks\u00e4ttning<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna 1-2 dl riven ost (parmesan eller annan smakrik ost \u00e4r bra)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en tjockbottnad kastrull. Drag av v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r i mj\u00f6let. R\u00f6r ordentligt s\u00e5 inte blir klumpar. R\u00f6r i mj\u00f6lk lite i taget. \u00d6verg\u00e5 till vispning efter ett tag. Faktum \u00e4r att f\u00f6r b\u00e4sta resultat ska mj\u00f6lken vara varm, men jag brukar k\u00f6ra genv\u00e4gen att anv\u00e4nda kall mj\u00f6lk. Det blir l\u00e4ttare klumpar d\u00e5, men om man har i lite mj\u00f6lk i taget och verkligen r\u00f6r ordentligt mellan varje skv\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lk s\u00e5 brukar resultatet bli helt okej. St\u00e4ll tillbaka kastrullen \u00f6ver mellanstark v\u00e4rme och r\u00f6r ordentligt hela tiden s\u00e5 inte br\u00e4nns fast i botten. Du kan inte l\u00e4mna s\u00e5sen f\u00f6r ett \u00f6gonblick. N\u00e4r den b\u00f6rjar tjockna drar du ner v\u00e4rmen och forts\u00e4tter r\u00f6ra medan den f\u00e5r koka ihop lite. St\u00e4ll s\u00e5sen \u00e5t sidan medan du g\u00f6r i ordning resten till grat\u00e4ngen:<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg de skivade \u00e4ggen i den smorda ugnsformen. L\u00e4gg skivad l\u00f6k \u00f6ver \u00e4ggen. Koka b\u00e9chamels\u00e5sen enligt ovan och h\u00e4ll den \u00f6ver \u00e4ggen och l\u00f6ken. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver osten och se till att den kommer ner lite i s\u00e5sen, s\u00e5 osten inte br\u00e4nns vid gr\u00e4ddningen. Alternativt r\u00f6r du ner osten i s\u00e5sen n\u00e4r du tagit den av v\u00e4rmen. Str\u00f6 lite peppar och kanske paprikapulver \u00f6ver grat\u00e4ngen. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen p\u00e5 175-200 grader och l\u00e5t baka i ca 30 min. Passa s\u00e5 inte br\u00e4nns.
