I Katinkas Kitchen rustas det f\u00f6r v\u00e5r f\u00f6rsta Ny\u00e5rsmiddag i v\u00e5rt nya hem. Som vanligt vill jag g\u00f6ra det s\u00e5 enkelt det g\u00e5r, men med h\u00e4rliga lite extra lyxiga r\u00e5varor till Ny\u00e5r.<\/h3>\n<h3>Vi kommer att b\u00f6rja med sm\u00e5 kanap\u00e9er till f\u00f6rdrinken som s\u00e5 h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Ny\u00e5r sj\u00e4lvklart \u00e4r champagne. Kanap\u00e9erna kan g\u00f6ras p\u00e5 rostade sm\u00e5 skivor av baguette, men n\u00e4r det \u00e4r flera g\u00e4ster g\u00f6r jag dem f\u00f6r enkelhetens skull p\u00e5 naturella crostinis. Soppan serveras med en v\u00e4ldigt god Riesling fr\u00e5n Rheingau i Tyskland.<\/h3>\n<h3>Till huvudr\u00e4tt blir det en favorit; maigret de canard \u00e0 l&#8217;orange, eller i klarspr\u00e5k: stekt ankbr\u00f6st med en oemotst\u00e5ndligt god apelsins\u00e5s. Ankan serveras med potatis stekt i ankfettet och haricots vert, franska gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nor. Det blir d\u00e4rf\u00f6r enkel men festlig pannacotta p\u00e5 hjortron toppad med champagnesorbet.<\/h3>\n<h3>N\u00e4r vi s\u00e5 har tittat p\u00e5 fyrverkerierna och sk\u00e5lat \u00e4nnu mer i champagne ska vi dansa! P\u00e5 sm\u00e5timmarna blir det sj\u00e4lvklart vickning, ocks\u00e5 den i enkel form; tryffelsalami och goda ostar plockas snabbt fram tillsammans med tapenade och andra r\u00f6ror. S\u00e5 hoppas vi att g\u00e4sterna och vi har det s\u00e5 kul att de inte g\u00e5r f\u00f6rr\u00e4n v\u00e4ldigt sent, eller tidigt hur man ser p\u00e5 det.
