Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en t\u00e5rta som blev mycket uppskattad, \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra och praktiskt nog g\u00f6rs p\u00e5 fryst mango och passionsfrukt.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag har till min stora gl\u00e4dje hittat inte bara utm\u00e4rkt fryst mango (t.ex. p\u00e5 Picard), utan \u00e4ven fryst passionsfruktk\u00f6tt utan k\u00e4rnor &#8211; v\u00e4ldigt anv\u00e4ndbart till desserter som pannacotta, i smoothie eller i den h\u00e4r h\u00e4rliga gr\u00e4ddkr\u00e4men full med tropiska smaker. T\u00e5rtan som passar lika bra som elegant efterr\u00e4tt dekoreras enkelt med riven choklad. Vispa i det. Sist vispar du i vin\u00e4gern. Se<br \/>\ntill att allt blandats innan du brer ut mar\u00e4ngen i en rundel p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda i mitten eller nedre delen av ugnen i 150 grader i \u00e5tminstone en timme. Dra ner v\u00e4rmen efter ett tag om du m\u00e4rker att mar\u00e4ngen blir f\u00f6r m\u00f6rk. Du kan \u00e4ven l\u00e4gga ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper \u00f6ver mar\u00e4ngen f\u00f6r att skydda den fr\u00e5n att gr\u00e4ddas f\u00f6r m\u00f6rk &#8211; se bara till att den inte \u00e4r kladdig l\u00e4ngre utan har stelnat \u00f6verst. Mar\u00e4ngen ska gr\u00e4ddas s\u00e5 den \u00e4r torr inuti. Knacka p\u00e5 den s\u00e5 h\u00f6r du n\u00e4r den l\u00e5ter ih\u00e5lig. N\u00e4r det regnar ute har oftast mar\u00e4ngen sv\u00e5rt att stelna, eller i vart fall att h\u00e5lla sig torr och frasig n\u00e4r den kommit ur ugnen. Det \u00e4r bara att gilla l\u00e4get och konstatera att det \u00e4r s\u00e5 n\u00e4r det \u00e4r fuktigt ute:)<\/p>\n<p>Medan mar\u00e4ngen g\u00f6r du den tropiska gr\u00e4ddblandningen:<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t mangon tina, sk\u00e4r den sedan i kuber. Gr\u00f6p ur passionsfrukterna och l\u00e4gg fruktk\u00f6ttet i en bunke. Anv\u00e4nder du \u00e4ven frusen &#8221;pulp&#8221; l\u00e5ter du den tina och blandar den med passionsfruktsinkr\u00e5met och de sm\u00e5 mangot\u00e4rningarna. Vispa gr\u00e4dden till ganska styvt skum tillsammans med n\u00e5gra skedar socker, m\u00e4ngden beror p\u00e5 hur syrlig passionsfrukten \u00e4r och din smak.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda den vispade gr\u00e4dden med mango-passionsfruktsblandningen. Eftersom den ofta blir f\u00f6r stor f\u00f6r de flesta fat brukar jag l\u00e4gga den p\u00e5 en vacker bricka. Bred den tropiska kr\u00e4men \u00f6ver. Avsluta med hyvlad choklad. Den hyvlar jag ett tag innan &#8211; det g\u00e5r mycket l\u00e4ttare om chokladen \u00e4r ordentligt kyld innan.
