Hemligheten i den goda smaken \u00e4r, f\u00f6rutom citrusens fenomenala smaker, den lilla karamell som kokas ihop av en god ekfatslagrad r\u00f6dvinsvin\u00e4ger och lite socker i b\u00f6rjan.<\/h3>\n<h3>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r citronversionen, som \u00e4r snarlik den vidunderligt goda franska apelsins\u00e5s som ackompanjerar ankan jag g\u00e4rna serverar i jul- och ny\u00e5rstid. Denna smakrika citrons\u00e5s passar v\u00e4ldigt bra till kyckling. P\u00e5 bilden \u00e4r den serverad med helstekt dragonkryddad kyckling och rostade rotfrukter. L\u00e5t koka upp p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme under omr\u00f6rning. L\u00e5t puttra ihop s\u00e5 det blir en sirapsliknande karamell. L\u00e4gg i citronskalen och l\u00e5t puttra lite innan du f\u00f6rsikigt tills\u00e4tter lite av buljongen s\u00e5 att karamellen l\u00f6ser sig innan du h\u00e4ller i resten av buljongen.
