Till serverade&nbsp;jag dels citronpotatis, som du finner i eget recept h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen (s\u00f6k i s\u00f6krutan uppe till h\u00f6ger), och dessutom en h\u00e4rlig frisk \u00e4ppelsallad med bett fr\u00e5n pepparrot, lite likt coleslaw. Pressa citronsaft \u00f6ver s\u00e5 att \u00e4pplet inte oxiderar och blir brunt. Blanda med cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche &#8211; ta lite i taget. Tills\u00e4tt den rivna pepparroten och krydda med salt och peppar. Smaka av om det ska vara mer citron, mer pepparrot eller kryddning?<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll s\u00e5sen \u00e5t sidan medan du g\u00f6r klar citronpotatisen om du inte redan gjort det. Citronpotatisen g\u00e5r att servera n\u00e4stan varm, ljummen eller kall. Stek laxen som det sista du g\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>Torka av laxen, krydda den och stek i olivoljan p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. V\u00e4nd efter ett litet tag. Titta noga p\u00e5 den s\u00e5 den inte blir f\u00f6r genomstekt och d\u00e4rmed torr.
