L\u00e5t k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rskompotten svalna n\u00e5got innan du skedar eller f\u00f6rsiktigt h\u00e4ller den \u00f6ver dina pannacottor i ett fint lager \u00f6verst. St\u00e4ll tillbaka pannacottorna i kylen att stelna.
