Japanerna hade serverat sin kryddblandning med lite chilisting, shishimi som betyder sju som i sju sorters kryddor. H\u00e4ll den neutrala oljan i en stekpanna. Hetta upp till ganska h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. L\u00e4gg i k\u00f6ttstrimlorna och fr\u00e4s dem under konstant omr\u00f6rning, lite som n\u00e4r man wokar. Ta inte allt k\u00f6tt p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng, d\u00e5 f\u00e5r det ingen fin stekyta. K\u00f6ttet ska bli ganska ordentligt stekt p\u00e5 utsidan men fortfarande vara lite r\u00e5tt i mitten s\u00e5 det inte blir torrt. L\u00e4gg det stekta k\u00f6ttet p\u00e5 ett fat vid sidan av medan du steker klart resten av k\u00f6ttet.<\/p>\n<p>Dra ner v\u00e4rmen lite och l\u00e4gg i \u00e4ven purjol\u00f6ken, l\u00e5t den fr\u00e4sa s\u00e5 den precis blir mjuk. L\u00e4gg i k\u00f6ttet, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 s\u00e5sen och r\u00f6r runt.
