H\u00e4r har jag kryddat den med lite goda kryddor och sedan grillat den i ugnen. V\u00e4lj dina tillbeh\u00f6r efter tycke och smak &#8211; du hittar massor av uppslag h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen. G\u00e5 in i kolumnerna till h\u00f6ger p\u00e5 tillbeh\u00f6r respektive s\u00e5ser r\u00f6ror och kryddsm\u00f6r. Eller servera den med g\u00e5rdagens buljongkokta f\u00e4nk\u00e5l och kokt potatis.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>4 bitar laxfil\u00e9 (ber\u00e4kna ca 150-200 gram per person)<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gon god kryddblandning som Santa Marias lime- och chili eller wasabi- och lime, eller g\u00f6r din egen av n\u00e5gra av f\u00f6ljande:<a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/IMG_1345.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-19502\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/IMG_1345-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1345\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/IMG_1345-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/IMG_1345-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/IMG_1345.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>citronpeppar, citronskal, peppar, \u00f6rter f\u00e4rska eller torkade (dragon \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt gott till fisk), paprikapulver, chili, sesamfr\u00f6n&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>olivolja att sm\u00f6rja formen eller pl\u00e5ten med<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>L\u00e4gg laxbitarna i en smord form eller pl\u00e5t. Krydda laxbitarna med det du k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r. St\u00e4ll in pl\u00e5ten eller formen i ugnen som du f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmt till 150-175 grader eller k\u00f6r de hastigt under grillen i ugnen tills den \u00e4r stekt men inte helt igenom, tiden beror p\u00e5 hur stora laxbitarna \u00e4r. Innertemperaturen ska bli 45 grader, inte mer f\u00f6r d\u00e5 blir den torr och tr\u00e5kig. Jag tycker om n\u00e4r den \u00e4r n\u00e4stan r\u00e5 i mitten, lite som sashimi.<\/p>\n<p>Vill du k\u00f6ra din lax p\u00e5 en riktig grill g\u00e5r det alldeles utm\u00e4rkt. Antingen l\u00e4gger du den p\u00e5 ett dubbelvikt folieark. P\u00e5 bilden har den serverats med buljongkokt f\u00e4nk\u00e5l och en h\u00e4rlig s\u00e5s p\u00e5 yoghurt eller cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche med kryddblandning och olivolja.
